Do you raise bottle babies?
USUALLY our kids are usually dam-raised, so they cannot leave until they are at least 8-10 weeks old. HOWEVER, this is Maybelline's first time as a new mom and we have taken over feeding all of her kids for one reason or another so they can all go to their new homes as soon as their new family is ready.
Do you vaccinate the kids?
Pregnant does get a CD&T vaccine approximately 30 days before they kid. We will give the kids a CD&T shot at 8 weeks old if they are still in our care, but they will need a booster 21 days later, then annually.
What coccidia and worm prevention do you use?
We use Molly's Herbal dewormer weekly for prevention, starting at two weeks old. However, we have had great results with SulfaMed in the past and keep it on hand in case there is a need for it.
