MEET OUR MUSCOVY:

Oreo is a black bibbed muscovy. One of the most common colors available. However, these black feathers look almost purple and green at times. They are so beautiful! He is just afraid of us enough to not let us touch him but will come up for treats like a juicy earthworm. He has even protected us from his mate! He is a chocolate carrier so we have gotten an even mix of black and chocolate ducklings, and this year we hope to have some blue and lilac as well!

With sky blue eyes and a love of flight, there was no better name for this beautiful girl!  Amelia was born in the late summer of 2019. She joined our flock in January of 2020 and did an AMAZING job of raising her hatchlings. Not only did she hatch all but one egg she continued to steal her flockmates' babies as well, eventually strolling along with almost 30 ducklings in tow before I intervened.

Bluebell hatched on October 1, 2020. This timid little girl is mostly white with a beautiful blue-gray cap and cape and blue eyes as well. We are super excited to see how she is as a first-time mom! Her ducklings have the potential to be black, blue, chocolate, & LILAC!
